Responsibilities
- Work with robots all over the world, both remotely and onsite, during business trips
- Design and develop solutions for various types of robots, including mobile robots, robotic arms, and drones
- Develop AI models based on the latest state-of-the-art
- Work with promptable and foundation models
- Build multiple rapid prototypes and production-ready solutions
- Test AI and robotics solutions in simulation and the real world
- Build reinforcement and imitation learning pipelines
- Integrate robots with cloud services
- Design automated robotic AI systems to increase production and precision within specific industries
- Perform regular research of the latest trends and modern approaches in the robotics AI domain
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development with strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python
- MSc degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field
- Hands-on experience developing AI-based robotics perception and/or agentic systems
- Practical experience with robotics simulation and rendering tools such as Isaac Sim, Blender, Bullet, Genesis, or similar platforms
- Solid knowledge of machine learning and robotics frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, ROS/ROS2, and GPU-accelerated computing
- Experience with computer vision tasks such as object detection, segmentation, tracking, and action planning
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures
- Strong experience working in Linux environments with an understanding of networking, communication protocols, and robot–cloud integration
- Demonstrated experience training Deep Convolutional Neural Networks for real-world applications
- Familiarity with testing strategies, continuous integration pipelines, and MLOps practices
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a solid mathematical foundation
- Genuine enthusiasm for technology, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing
- Experience working with open-source codebases, including poorly maintained or partially documented repositories
- Willingness to travel for short- and long-term onsite engagements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency, both spoken and written
- Working knowledge of SLAM, localization, mapping, path planning, obstacle avoidance, and motion planning, including trajectory planning for robotic arms (e.g., MoveIt)
