  • Design and develop solutions for various types of robots, including mobile robots, robotic arms, and drones
  • Develop AI models based on the latest state-of-the-art
  • Work with promptable and foundation models
  • Build multiple rapid prototypes and production-ready solutions
  • Test AI and robotics solutions in simulation and the real world
  • Build reinforcement and imitation learning pipelines
  • Integrate robots with cloud services
  • Design automated robotic AI systems to increase production and precision within specific industries
  • Perform regular research of the latest trends and modern approaches in the robotics AI domain

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development with strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python
  • MSc degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field
  • Hands-on experience developing AI-based robotics perception and/or agentic systems
  • Practical experience with robotics simulation and rendering tools such as Isaac Sim, Blender, Bullet, Genesis, or similar platforms
  • Solid knowledge of machine learning and robotics frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, ROS/ROS2, and GPU-accelerated computing
  • Experience with computer vision tasks such as object detection, segmentation, tracking, and action planning

  • Strong experience working in Linux environments with an understanding of networking, communication protocols, and robot–cloud integration
  • Demonstrated experience training Deep Convolutional Neural Networks for real-world applications
  • Familiarity with testing strategies, continuous integration pipelines, and MLOps practices
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a solid mathematical foundation
  • Genuine enthusiasm for technology, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing
  • Experience working with open-source codebases, including poorly maintained or partially documented repositories
  • Willingness to travel for short- and long-term onsite engagements
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency, both spoken and written
  • Working knowledge of SLAM, localization, mapping, path planning, obstacle avoidance, and motion planning, including trajectory planning for robotic arms (e.g., MoveIt)
