What You'll Do
- Own and improve flight controller firmware
- Develop embedded software for STM32-based systems
- Enhance RTK, GPS, IMU, sensor fusion, and navigation performance
- Design and integrate new flight features
- Support production, testing, and manufacturing
- Work closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams
- 5+ years of embedded firmware experience
- Experience with drone or aerospace flight control systems
- Strong C/C++ development skills
- STM32, RTOS, or bare-metal experience
- Sensor fusion, IMU, GNSS/RTK, CAN, UART, SPI, I2C experience
- Comfortable taking ownership of complex embedded systems
- Agricultural drone experience
- Autonomy or robotics background
- RTK positioning expertise
- UAV mass production experience
- Build products that fly in the real world
- Design American-made drone technology
