Motion & Data Analyst

Impact Tests & Motion Analysis Responsible for the preparation and execution of vehicle crash testing, with emphasis on the regulations, mechanical preparation of the test property and dummy set up procedures. Must be well versed in federal and global regulatory requirements, how to correctly and repeatedly position the dummy and have knowledge of the vehicle architecture for correct installation of all data collection equipment to ensure a high level of quality for data collection. Responsible for the review and approval of submitted test requests to ensure they meet the intent of the regulatory or third party requirements. Evaluate proposed and new regulations and ensure test equipment is capable of meeting the requirements. Extensive knowledge of domestic and global regulatory requirements as related to physical test setup is mandatory. *Responsible to design or review technical details of necessary purchased equipment to meet test requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic Engineer / Mechanical Engineer /Electronic Engineer) applied sciences, physics, or related engineering field. Knowledge of optics, photography, videography, kinematics, dynamics, and engineering statics a plus. - Basic understanding of programing concepts. - Imaging processing concepts - Film analysis knowledge Familiarity with Hypergraph Data Analysis Software and Macros Basic familiarization with Safety Protocols High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) All candidates MUST reside and be legally authotized to work in Mexico At SEGULA Technologies, diversity, fairness and inclusion are at the heart of our HR policy.
