Job Role
The Audio Annotation Trainer – Korean is responsible for producing accurate, natural, and expressive Korean-language voice recordings to support the training and validation of advanced AI speech models. This project-based role is ideal for individuals with previous voice acting or dubbing experience who possess excellent vocal control, clear pronunciation, and the ability to deliver emotionally authentic performances.
Working remotely, the successful candidate will record voice samples, interpret scripts, revise recordings based on feedback, and help improve the quality and performance of multilingual AI voice technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Record professional-quality Korean voice recordings from a suitable home recording environment or studio.
- Perform scripts with clear pronunciation, appropriate pacing, emotional expression, and consistent vocal quality.
- Interpret creative direction and adjust voice delivery based on project requirements.
- Review and revise recordings according to quality feedback and annotation standards.
- Deliver audio files accurately and within established project timelines.
- Maintain high technical and linguistic quality throughout all assigned recording tasks.
- Support AI model development by producing natural, diverse, and high-quality speech datasets.
Candidate Requirements
- Native or professional-level fluency in Korean with outstanding pronunciation and articulation.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in voice acting, dubbing, ADR, localization, narration, or related voice production roles.
- Strong vocal control, emotional range, and voice versatility.
- Access to professional or high-quality home recording equipment suitable for remote recording.
- Ability to follow creative direction and consistently meet project deadlines.
- Experience using audio editing software is preferred.
- Demo reel showcasing multiple voice styles is highly preferred.
- Background in acting, performing arts, dubbing, or localization is considered an advantage.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
