As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead the design and implementation of data and information architecture that supports Stryker’s Customer Solutions strategy. This role focuses on enterprise-wide customer, pricing, and business intelligence initiatives, delivering insights that help business leaders and sales teams make informed decisions around strategy, opportunities, negotiations, and growth.

You will leverage tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel to maximize revenue and margin through data-driven pricing and contract strategies.Additionally, you will develop,maintain, and scale data models and analytics solutions, build strong partnerships across the business, and provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and sales teams.

What You Will Do

  • Sustain& troubleshootPowerBIdashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business leaders and commercial teams.

  • Collaborate with Customer Solutions teams to develop new analytics tools & insights.

  • Translatebusinessdata into digestible reports and dashboards.

  • Investigate reporting issues and provideexpertiseto resolve and follow-upin a timely manner.

  • Monitor use of reports and dashboards togagevalue and increase use across supported business units.

  • Work efficiently with large data sets to derive insights.

  • Create/modifycustom Structured Query Language (SQL) for complex data pulls.

  • Manage the prioritization of projects/tasks to ensure proper tracking and delivery of requests.

  • Partner with the Customer Solutions team to drive increased data literacy and adoption of data-driven insights related to contracts and pricing.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement byidentifyingand implementing enhancements to existing analytics tools, databases, data collection methods, statistical methods, technology, and training methods.

What You Will Need

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum 2 years of data analytics experience.

  • Experience creating andmaintainingbusiness reports and dashboards in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries, data analysis, reporting, and database management.

  • Experience working with database concepts, data structures, and basic data modeling.

  • Effective presentation, written, & verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree.

  • Experience with Python, R, statistical analysis, or database technologies.

  • Experience supporting contract and pricing analytics.

  • USN: $77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual
  • US5: $81,600 - $136,000 USD Annual
  • US10: $85,500 - $142,500 USD Annual
  • US15: $89,400 - $148,900 USD Annual
  • US20: $93,200 - $155,400 USD Annual
  • US30: $101,000 - $168,400 USD Annual
