They operate with dedicated sales and production teams and are now investing in strengthening the operational coordination between these functions to support continued growth.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator : Scheduling & Production Coordination Specialist to manage the flow of confirmed projects from sales through to production delivery.

You'll coordinate project schedules, allocate work to painting crews through the Production Manager, and ensure projects move from confirmation to completion as efficiently as possible.

Reducing average project completion cycle timeline is a major priority for the business as it directly impacts revenue growth and operational scalability.

You’ll work closely with the sales team (who confirm projects) and the production manager to ensure projects are scheduled quickly, crews remain fully utilised, and clients are kept informed throughout the process.

This role suits someone who has experience coordinating construction, trades, or property services projects and enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to complex operational environments.

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English

Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations within construction, trades, or property services environments
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and clients
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust schedules when unexpected issues arise
High attention to detail when managing project timelines and operational documentation
Comfortable using scheduling, CRM, or project management systems
Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment
