Job Title: Team Lead – Autonomous Vehicles (AV)

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Team Lead with expertise in Autonomous

Vehicles (AV) and strong English communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage

day-to-day operations, interact with clients, and contribute to technical problem-solving,

reporting, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle client communications, daily syncs, and timely updates with clarity and

professionalism.

 Lead a team on AV workflows including data labeling, perception, and validation.

 Manage reporting dashboards; automate repetitive reporting and monitoring tasks.

 Provide hands-on support in technical areas like VM setup, Linux commands, and

basic scripting.

 Drive quality and process adherence while mentoring team members.

Qualifications:

 3–5 years of experience in AV/ADAS workflows, with at least 1 year in a team lead

role.

 Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

 Strong in reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, basic scripting).

 Good understanding of Linux environments, VMs, and related troubleshooting.

 Ability to multitask, coordinate, and deliver under timelines.
