We are currently looking for a:

Mechanical Robotics Engineer


Key Responsabilities:

  1. Robotic Arm Architecture: Own the complete mechanical design of robotic arms, including joints, linkages, and structural components.
  2. Kinematics & Simulation: Conduct research and utilize MATLAB models to evaluate kinematics, dynamics, and actuator requirements.
  3. Component Selection: Analyze speed and torque requirements to select and integrate optimal actuators, transmissions, and sensors.
  4. Design & Documentation: Create detailed 3D CAD models and technical drawings for robotic manipulators, end-effectors, and complex automation equipment.
  5. Conveyance Systems: Design and develop specialized systems for the precise transport and manipulation of delicate objects within integrated robotic environments.
  6. Gripper Development: Lead the testing, validation, and iterative design refinement of end-effectors to ensure high performance and reliability.
  7. Prototyping & Testing: Build functional prototypes and custom test fixtures to evaluate performance, lifecycle, and system reliability.
  8. Environmental Engineering: Ensure all designs are optimized for durability, ingress protection, and consistent operation in rugged, outdoor agricultural settings.


Technical Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with 3D CAD software.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to use MATLAB for kinematic and dynamic modeling.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, including gear trains, linkages, structural analysis, and material selection for harsh environments.
