Systems Engineer, Systems Modeling, Pre-Development (m/f/d)

What We Are Looking For

• Design of mathematical system models for the latest generation of military vehicles
• Mapping of components, including physical properties and resulting behavior
• Development of modeling guidelines for future system models
• Analysis and presentation of measurement and modeling data

This position is available in Kassel or Kiel.

What Qualifications You Should Have

• A college degree in engineering, ideally with a focus on automotive, aerospace, and defense, or a comparable field
• Very good knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and, if applicable, Simscape
• Knowledge of at least one additional programming language, ideally Python
• Experience with development processes based on the V-Model is a plus
• A strong aptitude for mathematics
• Very good written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative and strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work
