Lead Omniverse Engineer

You will work with a global team of interactive graphics and emerging technology experts, helping bring cutting-edge ideas—from digital twins to AI-driven simulations—into production. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of solutions built on the NVIDIA Omniverse platform
- Drive the full solution lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architectural design, feasibility studies, and implementation planning
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, guiding architectural decisions, reviewing code, and ensuring best practices
- Develop and optimize real-time 3D applications, simulations, and collaborative platforms using multi-GPU and high-performance architectures
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, and energy to solve real-world challenges
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate emerging technologies and define their impact on client solutions and long-term architecture strategies
- Work closely with advanced technology teams in Robotics, Digital Twin, GenAI, IoT, AI/ML, AR/VR, and R&D
- Support pre-sales activities, technical workshops, client presentations, and solution demos
- Represent SoftServe at external events such as conferences, meetups, and industry forums
- Proactively research new technologies, build proofs of concept, and validate innovative approaches aligned with market trends
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse or other digital twin platforms such as Bentley Systems, Tecnomatix, or Esri
- Strong Python expertise with 7+ years of commercial experience or advanced proficiency in C++ (Unreal Engine or Godot) or C# (Unity)
- Solid background in computer graphics, including Pixar USD, MDL, rendering pipelines, and performance optimization
- Experience working with CAD, BIM, AEC, or geospatial data in 3D environments
- Strong understanding of real-time animation techniques and simulation principles
- Experience with Big Data, IoT, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or Generative AI
- Deep expertise in 3D applications, graphics systems, or simulation and optimization platforms
- Knowledge of 3D engine architecture, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or Godot
- Familiarity with R&D and experimental environments, including PhysX, CUDA, HPC, Isaac Sim, Drive Sim, or synthetic data generation
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Experience leading teams, breaking down complex problems, and managing technical roadmaps
- Experience with discrete event simulation tools such as SimPy, FlexSim, AnyLogic, or Matlab
