If you can't do dry, nothing else transfers. - Editorial artifacts. Turning call data into things people screenshot and cite: the Cancellation Index, hold-time leaderboards, "dear [institution]" letters. Content that holds up as journalism, not just posts. - Organic distribution. Knowing why something traveled and proving it with numbers instead of vibes. No paid amplification, ever.
