Position Summary
The Principal Engineer will be spearheading the development of a cutting-edge Agentic AI platform that leverages our healthcare RCM data lakehouse to revolutionize revenue cycle workflows through autonomous, intelligent agents.Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build a scalable Agentic AI framework specifically for RCM workflows.
- Design autonomous agents capable of handling complex revenue cycle tasks (denial management, contract analysis, eligibility verification).
- Establish orchestration patterns for agent collaboration across different RCM business functions.
- Implement robust guardrails and validation mechanisms for AI decision-making in financial contexts.
- Build reusable components that accelerate agent development for new RCM use cases.
- Create specialized tools for training and fine-tuning AI models on healthcare financial data.
- Lead distributed engineering teams across onshore and offshore location.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven track record building production AI systems handling financial transactions.
- Deep expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks and agent architectures.
- Experience applying AI to structured financial workflows with explicit business rules.
- History of scaling complex software platforms across multiple business lines.
- Strong background leading distributed development teams.
- Success implementing systems that integrate with healthcare financial platform.
- Advanced knowledge of LLM orchestration and RAG implementations.
- Experience with agent frameworks (AutoGPT, LangChain, etc.)
- Expertise in prompt engineering for specialized domains.
- Strong software architecture skills focused on scalability and modularity.
- Ability to build systems that maintain context across multi-step workflows.
- Understanding of healthcare data security requirements.
Special Considerations and Prerequisites
- 7-10 years’ experience full stack development and 2 years’ experience developing Agentic AI.

- Ability to translate abstract AI capabilities into concrete RCM solutions
- Experience managing mixed onshore/offshore development teams
