Robot Reliability Engineer at BairesDev


As a Robot Reliability Engineer, you will support and debug real-time vehicle systems to improve operational reliability. You will design the tools and infrastructure necessary to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues at scale, ensuring the seamless performance of robotic platforms.


What You'll Do:


- Support and debug real-time vehicle systems to ensure high operational availability and performance.

- Build and maintain diagnostic tools and infrastructure to identify and resolve system issues at scale.

- Design and execute reliability experiments and tests using physical test benches and 3D visualization tools.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system design and prevent recurring failures in production.

- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on complex system failures involving Linux and real-time environments.

- Develop automated monitoring and recovery solutions to minimize downtime for robotic fleets.


What we are looking for:


- 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Robotics, or Embedded Systems.

- Proven expertise in supporting and debugging real-time vehicle systems and Linux environments.

- Proficiency in building tools and infrastructure to diagnose and resolve hardware-software issues at scale.

- Deep understanding of system design, real-time debugging, and operational reliability.

- Hands-on experience with 3D visualization tools and physical test bench environments.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
