What You'll Do
Fleet Asset Administration
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to manage and monitor tens of thousands of connected devices and fleet technology assets.
- Establish controls, reporting, and governance processes to support asset lifecycle management, inventory accuracy, and operational compliance.
- Support Internal Audit reviews and ensure appropriate documentation, accountability, and oversight of Rental Automation technologies.
- Lead the strategy and execution of connected vehicle, telematics, and IoT solutions deployed across the Avis Budget Group fleet.
- Partner with engineering, hardware vendors, and field operations teams to deliver, maintain, and enhance in-vehicle technologies.
- Evaluate new technologies and capabilities that improve fleet visibility, automation, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for external technology providers and strategic solution partners.
- Develop and maintain partnerships that support product innovation, operational excellence, and long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, manage vendor performance, and drive successful business outcomes.
- Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Rental Automation products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.
- Define product goals, success metrics, and priorities in partnership with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Translate business needs and emerging technology opportunities into scalable product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
- Build strong partnerships across Product, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Audit, and Commercial teams to drive execution.
- Influence and align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives, priorities, and product outcomes.
- Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational complexity while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Minimum of 3 years of delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them -- and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished
- Strong leadership experience in aligning product strategy and execution efforts across large cross-functional groups, multiple locations, and time zone
- Balance of technical and business acumen; able to communicate what is possible and what will have biggest impact on business
- Ability to take big ideas and turn them into a roadmap of features and research with minimal guidance
- Natural ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way
- Demonstrates effective team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and leadership skills
- You can get the data you need and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You have experience running rigorous multivariate testing and experimentation.
