In this role, you will:
- Lead complex, enterprise-wide e-commerce transformation programs from strategy through execution.
- Serve as the primary interface with executive stakeholders, providing clear communication, status updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Drive alignment across business, technology, and operations teams within a 3-in-a-Box operating model.
Manage cross-functional teams, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones to ensure successful outcomes.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience leading large-scale e-commerce programs or transformations.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of the 3-in-a-Box model and collaborative delivery frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organizational environments.
