The DCX Client Services Home-Based Graphic Designer has a strong ability to listen to the client, understand their goals, and assist in the creation of creative solutions with a high visual impact. This role has two sides: producing accurate, on-brand decoration proofs for our sales team & customers every day, and bringing marketing skill to email, social, and how our products show up in search engines

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums

• Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and details

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build decoration proofs and virtual mockups for customer and distributor approval, applying artwork correctly across garment types, colorways, and print methods

• Review your own work before it ships. A careful final check is part of the job, since a proof error means rework and a slower turnaround for the customer

• Apply brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all creative output

• Design graphics for email campaigns and social content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

• Help our products perform better in search, both on industry platforms like SAGE and ESP/ASI and on our own site, through clean imagery and well-structured product data

• Build lookbooks and sales collateral in Canva, and partner with sales and leadership on seasonal campaign concepts

• Create item templates and redraw items using specs and photos as needed

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Experience:1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (current version) and Illustrator; InDesign a plus

• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:

• Marketing background: Some experience with email design, social content, or campaign support

• Understanding of production, product packaging, and multimedia design

• Passion for design with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends

• Experience in apparel or promotional products, especially with decoration methods like embroidery, screen print, or DTF

• Familiarity with AI design tools (Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini) for faster ideation. Not required, prompting can be taught

• Working SEO knowledge (product metadata, image alt text, on-page basics)
