THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is an AI-powered legal-tech company (founded 2019, $33M+ raised) automating compliance filings and entity management — partnered with 40+ AmLaw 300 firms. This is a full-cycle AE seat selling directly to senior decision-makers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build pipeline independently in the first 90 days (no inbound support to start). Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through close with C-suite executives. Partner with BDRs on lead handoff (moving toward ~1/3 self-sourced, 2/3 inbound). Run product demos of the AI compliance solution. Travel for client meetings and industry events.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

First 90 days: self-source a pipeline and advance early deals. First year: consistently close and establish a repeatable motion.

MUST-HAVES

2–5 years full-cycle AE experience selling entity management, registered agent, governance, or compliance solutions; ability to articulate metrics, deal examples, and daily prospecting activity; active LinkedIn (300+ connections) used for prospecting; startup/high-growth pipeline-building.

NICE-TO-HAVES

Experience at CSC, CT Corporation, LexisNexis, or Thomson Reuters; legal-tech or compliance domain depth.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$80K–$95K base (USD), $160K–$190K OTE, competitive equity.

LOCATION & WORK MODEL

Remote (US-based), with travel for prospect meetings and industry events. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
