POSITIONOVERVIEW:

The HR Analyst supports the administration, maintenance, configuration, reporting, and continuous improvement of the organization's Human Resource systems and operations, including Workday and the Learning Management System (LMS). Working closely with and in support of the Director of Management Systems, this position helps ensure company and HR systemsoperateefficiently while supporting businessobjectivesthroughaccuratedata, streamlined processes, reporting, and exceptional customer service.

This roleis responsible forassistingwith system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, training administration, and process documentation. The incumbent will alsoassistwith other HR department priorities and tasks including data and process analysis. The HR Analyst partners with Human Resources, Operations, Finance, IT, and other business leaders toidentifyopportunities for process improvements and system enhancements that improve efficiency and employee experience. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and receives day-to-day functional direction and technical guidance from the Director of Management Systems.

ESSENTIALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the HRIS, LMS, and other HR technology platforms

  • Assistwith backend configuration, business process updates, testing, troubleshooting, and system maintenance

  • Monitor system functionality andidentifyopportunities to improve efficiency and user experience

  • Perform routine system audits tomaintaindata integrity and ensure compliance

  • Assistwith implementation of new functionality, enhancements, integrations, and system updates

  • Participate in testing of Workday releases, business process changes, and system enhancements

  • Support the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the company's Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Coordinate required compliance training assignments within the LMS

  • Monitor training completion, provide reporting, and partner with leaders to improve compliance

  • Troubleshoot systems training and operating issues and provide support to employees and managers

  • Develop,maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards using Workday, the LMS, proprietary systems, and Microsoft Excel

  • Create graphs, pivot tables, dashboards, and visual reports that enable leaders to quickly understand trends and make informed business decisions

  • Analyze workforce and operational data toidentifytrends and recommend process improvements

  • Evaluate HR processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, compliance, andthe employeeexperience

  • Develop,maintain, and present ideas for improvementregardingprocess documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures

  • Provide technical support and guidance to HR team members, managers, and employeesregardingHR systems

  • Maintain knowledge of Workday functionality, HR technology trends, and HR compliance requirements

  • Cross-trainon HR Systems functions to provide operational support and backup coverage

  • Support Workday processes, including but not limited to pay inputs, organizationassignmentsand minimum wage audits

  • Serve as liaison for data requests inCalmanacand Workday, including monthly and ad-hoc reports

  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resourcesin related field preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience supporting HR systems, HR operations, payroll, benefits, recruiting, learning systems, or related functions

  • Previousexperience with Workday or another HRIS

  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, or data analysis

  • Experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System preferred

  • Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis

  • ExperienceutilizingAI platforms, preferred

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS,ANDABILITIES:

  • Foundational understanding of Human Resources principles, employment practices, and HR processes

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to create reports, dashboards, and visual presentations of data

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

WORKENVIRONMENT:

  • Includes a typical remote office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer

  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and telephone throughout the workday

  • Ability toparticipatein virtual meetings and communicate effectively with employees across multiple locations

  • Ability to travel by car and airplane, up to 10% if necessary
