• Design and develop interactive eLearning usingArticulate Rise.
• Analyze training packages and map learning outcomes.
• Develop compliant assessment tools and learning activities.
• BuildSCORMandxAPIpackages for LMS delivery.
• Configure courses within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Management Systems.
• Set up learner workflows and automated communications.
• Conduct quality assurance and validation of learning content.
• Prepare courses for testing, launch, and implementation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining compliance.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

• At least5 years of experiencein Instructional Design or eLearning Development.
• Advanced experience withArticulate 360 (Articulate Rise).
• Strong knowledge ofSCORM,xAPI, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Student Management Systems.
• Experience developing compliant assessments and curriculum.
• Knowledge ofAustralian RTO compliance, includingASQA,VSL, andCRICOS.
• Experience configuring learning platforms such asaXcelerate.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Experience delivering learning projects from concept through implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

• Experience supporting Australia's vocational education and training (VET) sector.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple learning projects in a fast-paced environment.
