As a Marketing and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities forAras’s XPLMbusinessunit sales teamswhile supporting leaddatamanagement and marketing operations. You willbe conducting timely follow up for all inbound sales requests while optimizing the quality and effectiveness of our lead data.

What You’ll be Doing
- Generate new demand for the sales organization to pursue.
- Own theleadtriage and conversion process of all new MQL’s generated byMarketing.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
- Track and manage prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities in the company’s sales force automation (SFA) system.
- Schedule and conduct initial qualification calls ensuring seamless transitions to Account Executives.
- Qualify lead against established criteria (i.e. MEDDPIC) before passing to the Sales Organization for opportunity creation.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams to optimize messaging, campaigns, and lead handoffs.
- Audit and clean marketing and sales data for duplicates, incomplete fields, and inconsistencies.
- Enhance contact and company records in support of marketing campaigns and BDR prospecting using data enrichment tools and/or manual research.
- Maintain data hygiene standards in CRM
- Analyze Outreach Sequence Effectiveness by evaluating performance metrics across different sequences and identifying patterns.
- Recommend improvements in lead management workflows and data practices
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge ofPLMisa plus
- Familiarity with sales lead management systems and salesforce automation tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening to assess a prospect’s needs and opportunities
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Must be a team player with an ability to work autonomously
- Be able to give and receive feedback
- Bachelor’s degree required
