Position Details:

Client Growth

• Develop relationships with C-suite and supply chain/procurement.

• Uses reports to analyze current and potential client base. Identify client trends and develop plans with Account Management, Recruitment, Sales or other teams to maximize opportunity to produce gross margin.

• Diversifies business by selling additional lines of services to all accounts.

• Responsible for identifying and strategically selling within clients who we have placed staff in the previous 12 months.

• Grow business by expanding into new worksites or departments of current clients.

Client Development

• Scheduling and planning Quarterly Business reviews and marketing trips.

• Gain Understanding of customer’s specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.

• Develop detailed understanding of technology services (Mobilize Client Portal, Mobilize THP App) with intent to provide clients constructive consultation on how to successfully work within our technology.

• Ongoing engagement with clients exposing them to Favorite Healthcare Staffing’s expanding capabilities and product offerings with a keen eye towards gathering product and market intelligence and driving value in solving client challenges.

• Grow the revenue base with the client.

Customer Service/Relations

• Work closely with Account Managers and Account Management Supervisor to stay current with client information.

• Act as a liaison between active/previous clients and Favorite corporate departments for items such as Contract Negotiations, Cash Collection, HR Inquiries, etc.

• Delivers service excellence to internal and external customers by advocating for customer preferences, maximizingcommunication and partnering with peers and customers.

• Compiles and distributes weekly, monthly, quarterly reports according to contract requirements.
