- You will be responsible for the Project Management of the EROS (Artist Royalties and Copyright) new version migration projects – scope includes Project management, conduct test phases (Unit Testing, System Integration Testing and UAT) and Deployment.
- You will be responsible for the Month-end Support: This includes monitoring jobs and resolving issues related to jobs (both Artist Royalties and Copyright). This is critical for the Financial monthly close.
- You will assist the Business with EROS Copyright configuration for new label acquisitions.
- You will be responsible for the Execution of Projects related to new label acquisitions (sales migration, sales testing and implementation in Production which includes assisting with EROS Copyright configuration.
- You will be responsible for the management of the Copyright application projects like new versions implementation. This includes project management, creation of test cases, execution of tests, conducting UAT, User’s training and deployment in Production.
- You will be responsible for the execution of the EROS Copyright Change Management process.
- You will be responsible for the support for Copyright Audits (data extract and data reconciliation).
About you:
- You have 4+ years proven music industry and royalty functional experience, both artist and copyright.
- You have proven experience working with complex music and royalty data migrations.
- You have large systems development and implementation project management experience.
- Experience managing 3rd party contractors and offshore development resources is highly desirable.
- You have strong analytical skills and ability to validate complex analysis and data reconciliations.
- You have demonstrated leadership in achieving shared objectives within a matrix organization, participating in cross-divisional projects and building effective cross-functional teams and relationships.
- You have the ability to achieve results through influence over external and internal staff who are not direct reports as well as those who are.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of interfacing effectively with WMG royalty management and staff.
- You have to be a team player who can cooperate/collaborate with business unit and Technology Teams.
- You are attentive to detail.
- You have experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- You are persuasive, encouraging, and diplomatic.
- You have the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.
- You have the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- You have advanced knowledge of SQL, MS Office and Google Tools (Docs and Sheets).
- Certified PMP (Project Management Professional).
- International development and system implementation experience is highly desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of Jira is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Accounting, or related field; or 8+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience.
