Digital Marketing/Advertising Specialist

A dynamic digital agency isseeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing/Advertising Specialist to assist with day-to-day paid social marketing and paid search activities. This role requires expertise in social media advertising and the ability to execute high-level campaignsResponsibilities :

Manage and optimize paid social marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Execute and manage paid search campaigns.

Develop and implement effective digital advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.

Collaborate with the team to create compelling ad creatives and copy.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid social and search campaigns (minimum of 3 years preferred).

In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms and tools.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.

Ability to create, manage, and optimize campaigns to achieve specific KPIs.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in a digital agency environment.

Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and strategies.

Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is a plus.
