Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Develop engineers and QA through structured people management, including regular 1-on-1s, goal setting, performance evaluations, and continuous feedback to maintain high performance, engagement, and ownership
- Shape architecture and evolve the technical roadmap to improve scalability, performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency — aligned with product and business goals
- Own end-to-end execution from planning to release, improving predictability, quality, and time-to-market through strong processes and KPIs
- Partner with Product, PMs, and other Engineering Leads to align priorities, reduce friction, and make sustainable technical decisions
- Continuously improve engineering workflows, team processes, and platform reliability, including incident management and post-incident improvements
- Support complex technical decisions and contribute to the codebase when needed
What makes you a strong candidate:
- 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams
- 7+ years of hands-on development experience with a strong mix of backend and frontend expertise
- Strong track record of active people management including regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans
- Working knowledge of Java, Spring, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure),
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL is a plus) and NoSQL solutions
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Experience in the iGaming industry is highly desirable

- Refining a technical roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Breaking down knowledge silos and increasing cross-functional ownership within the team

- Full coverage of performance reviews and clear goal-setting across the team
- Strong team engagement and high retention levels
