Special Order Representative

Rogers Enterprises Inc. is a family-owned company with over 100 years of success! We have stores spread through 15 states and operate under the names Rogers & Hollands Jewelers and Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers. We are looking for someone who loves sales and fine jewelry!

Summary

The Special Order Specialist will assist stores in making sales on merchandise we do not stock.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Place and confirm special orders
• Answer inquiries via cases, email and phone
• Processing jobs from the stores via Salesforce and/or B2B
• Communicate with vendors and store associates
• Matching of incoming orders from the vendor
• Daily billing to the stores
• Biweekly RTV’s – Returns to Vendors
• Keeping track of inventory
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Jewelry experience preferred
• Previous experience working with vendors preferred
• Typing and data entry skills necessary

• Understanding of fractions and percentages
• Markups

• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in Word and Excel

• This position requires the pushing of catalogs on a cart – approx. 25 lbs.
