Satyam Venture Engineering Services - CAE Crash Specialist - THAILAND


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Perform CAE simulations to evaluate and enhance the vehicle Crash / Safety performance.
  • Support high speed & low speed crash / safety load cases in line with standard protocols
  • Perform post-crash test analysis, correlate CAE to test results, improve the accuracy in CAE models thereby improving the model predictability
  • Conduct optimization studies to meet performance requirements with the constraints of mass and cost


Experience : 15 ~ 20 Years of experience


Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.;


Skills: ANSA, LS-DYNA (preferred), PamCrash ,ANIMATOR, Oasys Primer


Location : #THAILAND


Requirements:


  • Thorough knowledge in Global NCAP, FMVSS , ECE etc...,requirements


  • Should have good experience in analysing CAE results and providing the countermeasures and also experience in test correlation


  • Good experience in LS-DYNA / PAMCrash solvers - Connections, Material models, Contacts, Control cards, Error debugging, etc.,


  • Having experience in dummy positioning for Side / Frontal crash requirement and also dummy injury evaluation
