We’re on the lookout for a passionate Solution Engineer to join our US team in Teaneck, NJ. This role is pivotal in driving the hyper-growth of our fleet sector, offering an opportunity to impact our products and services significantly.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Act as a point of contact for the enterprise customer regarding product-related issues.
- Collaborate with the development team to address and prioritize customer feedback and issues.
- Assist in identifying new ideas and opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, development, and marketing) to design, plan, and execute product enhancements.
- Manage the product backlog to ensure new ideas are documented, prioritized, and communicated effectively.
- Regularly analyze product performance metrics to assess the business impact.
- Create daily and weekly reports, including slides and presentations, to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to both internal stakeholders and the enterprise customer on product performance, updates, and future roadmaps.
- Evaluate the implementation of features in the field, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs. Collect and analyze field data to refine features and improve overall functionality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- 2 + years of experience in product or project management or a related role within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
