【Responsibilities】

In this position, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and operating the systems that support product security, including user login and access rights management. A key mission is also to scale these systems to accommodate a growing number of users and to design fault-tolerant architectures as the service expands.

You'll also build mechanisms to boost development efficiency within the team, and collaborate with other teams to clarify requirements, leading the process from implementation to release. You'll be expected to share your knowledge with the team, contributing to the technical growth of your colleagues.

▼Specifically:

Design, development, and operation of authentication and authorization infrastructure:

Improve and develop new authentication flows using standard technologies such as SAML and OpenID Connect

Design and implement authorization logic such as role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC)

Micro services Implement inter-service authentication and authorization in a microservice architecture

Address security vulnerabilities and implement proactive security enhancements

Develop and maintain Identity Provider (IdP) integration capabilities

Achieve high availability and scalability:

Design and build a scalable architecture that can handle traffic growth Design and build a scalable architecture that can handle traffic growth (using AWS Fargate, Lambda, Aurora, DynamoDB, etc.)

Strengthen monitoring system, quickly determine cause and recover from failures

Improve development process:

Improve deployment frequency and quality by improving CI/CD pipeline

Expand automated testing such as unit, integration, and E2E testing Expand automated testing such as unit testing, coupling testing, and E2E testing

Promote IaC (Infrastructure as Code)

Collaborate with teams and share technical skills:

Work closely with product managers and engineers from other teams, from specification to release

Share technical knowledge on security and contribute to team members' technical skills Contribute to the improvement of team members' technical skills

【Required】

3+ years of backend web application development experience using Python.

Experience developing with web frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.

Experience developing with RDBMS (like PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (like DynamoDB).

Experience using Git for version control systems.

Basic knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect).

【Preferred】

Experience in SaaS product development and operation.

Experience in infrastructure building and operation using AWS (Fargate, Lambda, Aurora, API Gateway, IAM, etc.).

Experience in designing, developing, and operating authentication/authorization platforms.

Experience in developing with microservice architecture.

Experience in development and operation using container technologies like Docker.

Experience in building and operating CI/CD environments.

Knowledge and experience in security (e.g., secure coding).

Experience in developing and operating systems that handle large-scale traffic.

Experience as a team leader or tech lead.

English communication skills (team communication is conducted in English).
