IAM One Identity Developer

This hybrid role is based in Taipei. Beyond your technical expertise, fluent English communication is a key requirement, alongside intermediate Mandarin proficiency.

We are looking for an IAM One Identity Developer who will be responsible for the design, further development, and implementation of Identity & Access Management solutions in an enterprise environment. In the Otto Group context, this primarily includes the development of modules and extensions for our IAM processes, and the IT shop based on One Identity Manager (v8/v9) and our Angular frontend as well as the automation of user lifecycle processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver).

1. Tasks & Responsibilities

Development & Customizing

• Conceptualization, development, and implementation of IAM solutions based on One Identity (version 8 or higher).

• Development of extensions, scripts, and interfaces (VB.NET / .NET-based enhancements).

• Development of new IAM modules for end-to-end user lifecycle automation.

• Adaptation & further development of web portals based on Angular, workflows, and processes in One Identity Manager.

Operations & Quality Assurance

• Ensuring stable operation of the IAM platform, job queue analysis, and troubleshooting.

• Automation and optimization of existing IAM processes.

• Processing tickets and providing support in 2nd/3rd level areas.

Integration & Interfaces

• Connecting directory services: AD, Azure AD, LDAP, AWS, Google

• Integration of other group companies or cloud platforms as well as applications via API or connectors

Collaboration & Methods

• Participation in cross-functional teams and expert circles (CoP).

• Working according to agile methods (Kanban / DevOps).

• Close coordination with architects, product owners, and operations.

2. Qualifications & Skills

Must have

• Very good knowledge in development with One Identity Manager (v8/v9) or the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with the framework.

• Experience in developing extensions (VB.NET / .NET).

• Solid know-how in SQL / MSSQL, hybrid technologies, and data models.

• Knowledge of common directory services (AD, LDAP, Azure AD, AWS, Google).

• Experience in front and backend development (e.g., Angular, JS, web development).

Nice to have

• Experience in the IAM environment including Zero Trust Security.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.

• Knowledge in end-to-end automation.

• Experience in operating large IAM instances: job queue, analyzer, etc.

• Experience with CI/CD & DevOps pipelines.
