Senior IAM Specialist – Ping/ForgeRock

In Privileged and access management at PwC, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and/or clients. Your work will involve the design and implementation of strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities.

We are looking for an experienced IAM Specialist with focus on Ping/ForgeRock.

About the role: You will participate in the architecture, deployment, integration, and support of enterprise IAM solutions using Ping Identity and ForgeRock technologies. This role focuses on secure user access to applications, APIs, and infrastructure while improving user experience and meeting compliance requirements.

What we expect:

• Expertise in the Ping/ForgeRock suite of products, primarily Identity Management, Access Management and Directory Services
• At least 2 years of experience with any of the Ping/ForgeRock products mentioned above
• Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC and SAML federation protocols
• Develop custom IAM workflows, scripts, policies, and connectors where required.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Work with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to align IAM controls with business and regulatory requirements.
• Produce architecture documents, operational procedures, and support documentation.
• Mentor junior IAM engineers or administrators.

Your advantage can be:

• Hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript and Python programming, particularly relating to customization and configuration of ForgeRock solutions
• Knowledge of XML and HTML
• Achieved Ping/ForgeRock certification and/or any other certification related to IAM and cybersecurity
• Experience with IAM projects in the past and knowledge of IAM solutions of different vendors – for example SailPoint, Omada, Oracle, Okta, Saviynt etc.
