Job Description
We are looking for a mid-level One Identity Manager Administrator to support the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the One Identity Manager platform. The role will handle user lifecycle operations, access governance processes, workflow support, troubleshooting, and coordination with security and application teams to ensure stable identity management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the One Identity Manager platform in production and non-production environments.
- Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, role assignments, and access request workflows.
- Support identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver activities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot synchronization, provisioning, and workflow issues.
- Work with connectors, application integrations, and directory services such as Active Directory.
- Assist with account reconciliations, access reviews, and identity data quality.
- Perform routine platform maintenance, configuration changes, and issue resolution.
- Support incident, request, and problem management activities within SLA timelines.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and support runbooks.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application owners on IAM-related tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related support/admin roles.
- Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager administration and support.
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and provisioning concepts.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SQL, and Windows-based enterprise environments.
- Good troubleshooting skills across workflows, synchronization, and connector-related issues.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a support-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with One Identity Manager customization, workflow configuration, or scripting.
- Exposure to ITSM tools such as ManageEngine.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven access controls.
- Experience supporting enterprise IAM implementations or upgrades.
- One Identity Manager certification is a plus.
- Additional IAM or cybersecurity certifications are also an advantage.
- Experience with PowerShell, SQL scripting, and identity data reconciliation.
- Familiarity with cloud identity platforms and hybrid IAM environments.
- Exposure to PAM, SSO, or federation technologies
