🚀 Solution Architect – One Identity Manager (IAM) | Fully Remote (Poland) | B2B Contract

We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect – One Identity Manager to join a long-term enterprise programme focused on delivering and evolving a large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform.

This is a fully remote B2B contract for professionals based in Poland, offering the opportunity to lead the design and implementation of a business-critical IAM solution within a complex enterprise environment.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of One Identity Manager solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across configuration, customisation, and system integrations.
• Oversee IAM platform operations, ensuring robust runbooks, SLA frameworks, and incident/change management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement through platform upgrades, performance optimisation, automation of provisioning workflows, and technical debt reduction.
• Act as the key technical advisor between IT Security, business stakeholders, and enterprise governance teams.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation while mentoring and supporting junior engineers.

What we're looking for

• ✅ 5+ years of experience implementing and integrating One Identity Manager.
• Strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance.
• Experience leading technical solution delivery within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with configuration, customisation, and integrations.
• Knowledge of operational governance, SLAs, incident management, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English is essential.
• German is a nice-to-have.
