Are you passionate about SAP Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Governance? We are currently partnering with a leading Automotive Technology organization to find an experienced SAP IAM Security Specialist to join their growing team.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

• Advise business stakeholders on authorization concepts and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Design, implement, and maintain SAP authorization roles and IAM solutions
• Drive IAM and security initiatives across both cloud and on-premise environments
• Manage access governance activities, including reviews, recertifications, and compliance monitoring
• Support audit processes, identify security risks, and implement remediation actions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes, policies, and governance frameworks

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Experience in SAP IAM, SAP Security, or a similar role
• Strong expertise in SAP Authorizations, Role Design, SoD Governance, and RBAC/ABAC concepts
• Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes and access lifecycle management
• Knowledge of SAP GRC/Access Control is highly desirable
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, compliance, audit controls, and risk management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
