Full-Stack Developer

We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer to help build and maintain custom software platforms for our clients. These platforms include Next.js applications, FastAPI backends, Supabase databases, and integrations with third-party tools. The product owner currently handles all development and architecture, and we need someone who can take ownership of feature implementation so they can stay focused on customers and higher-level technical decisions. This is not a product strategy role. The scope, requirements, and designs will already be defined. Your responsibility is to take those requirements, build them correctly, test them thoroughly, and ship them with confidence. You will be expected to use AI development tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex as part of your daily workflow. Success in this role requires someone who can move quickly with AI while still understanding the fundamentals well enough to catch mistakes before they reach production. Full-time. Fully remote.

Hours: 9am–5pm CST.

Salary: $2,800/mo

Key Responsibilities

• Build new features and functionality using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Convert Figma designs into production-ready front-end experiences
• Develop API endpoints and backend functionality using Python and FastAPI
• Create and maintain database schemas, migrations, and Supabase implementations
• Configure and maintain integrations with third-party tools such as Stripe, Resend, Slack, WhatsApp, and Dropbox
• Use Claude Code and Codex to accelerate development while validating all generated code before deployment
• Perform QA testing, create UAT checklists, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Verify mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Follow established engineering processes, documentation, and quality-control procedures
• Identify technical risks and escalate them appropriately before implementation
• Occasionally communicate with clients to clarify implementation details and requirements

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building web applications in a production environment
• Strong experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and Supabase
• Familiarity with Python and FastAPI
• Comfortable working in Linux environments, virtual machines, and remote servers
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of APIs, SQL, authentication systems, and Git workflows
• Good technical judgment and willingness to escalate risky changes when appropriate
• Able to follow documented processes and implementation guidelines precisely
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies as the stack evolves
• Spanish-speaking with working English proficiency

Nice To Have

• Docker experience
• Experience deploying and managing cloud-hosted applications
• Familiarity with Row Level Security (RLS) and application security best practices
• Experience working in agencies, software consultancies, or client-services environments
