About the Role

This is a senior individual contributor and technical lead position on the Enterprise Data & AI team, based in San Francisco, Boston, Austin, Washington, DC or Seattle, WA (hybrid). You'll drive the design and implementation of AI native systems that power how the company collaborates, communicates, and scales, owning complex cross-functional initiatives that blend enterprise architecture, automation, and AI to reduce toil and free people for higher value work. This is not a people management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of scalable, secure, intelligent systems across the enterprise stack
• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce, Workday, Okta, and the GTM and security platforms the business runs on
• Partner across business and engineering teams to find high-leverage automation, integration, and modernization opportunities
• Wire in AI agents and modern tooling that reduce manual effort and improve decision making

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, building, and deploying enterprise systems, with a proven track record of company-wide impact
• Extensive hands-on experience across Salesforce, Workday, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, GitHub/GitLab, GCP, and AWS
• Experience with SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM), enterprise identity tools like Okta, and MDM platforms like Kandji
• Integration and automation experience with tools like Workato and Tines
• Genuine AI fluency. You build with AI, not just prompt it, and you bring your team along
• Strong communicator who can present data-driven narratives in written, verbal, and presentation formats
