CIAM Specialist / Engineer - Home or Hybrid

The CIAM Specialist/Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting customer identity solutions across the organization, with a focus on secure, scalable, and compliant access for external users (B2B and B2C).

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver CIAM solutions for external users
• Implement SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML authentication flows
• Integrate identity into web & mobile applications
• Configure Entra ID / B2C user journeys, policies, and providers
• Support onboarding of new apps & troubleshoot identity issues
• Drive identity projects (customer onboarding, modernization)
• Ensure compliance, security, and audit readiness

What You Bring

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID & B2C / External ID
• Strong understanding of authentication & API security
• Background in B2B / B2C identity solutions
• Familiarity with IAM concepts (IGA, PAM, lifecycle)

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated environments (SOX, GxP)
• DevSecOps / cloud / microservices exposure
• Scripting (PowerShell, Python)

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Advanced English (written & spoken)
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / B2C (External ID)
• Solid knowledge of SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML
• Background in CIAM / IAM environments
