Job Description

We are strengthening our team with an IAM Engineer with solid experience in implementing advanced Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls. This professional will be dedicated to technically mature projects, with a strong focus on automation, security, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Implement advanced IAM controls and continuous monitoring mechanisms
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and best practices
  • Develop automations and technical integrations (Python/Ruby)
  • Operate and optimize Linux and Windows Server environments
  • Define, monitor, and report security metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with technical teams to enhance and streamline processes
  • Support identity lifecycle activities (provisioning, governance, access review)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Programming experience in Python (mandatory) and/or Ruby
  • Administration of Linux and MS Windows Server environments
  • Strong skills in SQL and MySQL
  • Experience in modelling and analyzing metrics and KPIs (Tableau or equivalent)
  • Experience with identity lifecycle tools and governance practices
  • Valued technical skills: Elasticstack (ELK)
  • High degree of autonomy and sense of responsibility
  • Strong organization and priority‑management capabilities
  • Clear communication with both technical and non‑technical teams
  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities

  • Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office);
  • Location: Picoas, Lisboa.
