Job Description
We are strengthening our team with an IAM Engineer with solid experience in implementing advanced Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls. This professional will be dedicated to technically mature projects, with a strong focus on automation, security, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Implement advanced IAM controls and continuous monitoring mechanisms
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and best practices
- Develop automations and technical integrations (Python/Ruby)
- Operate and optimize Linux and Windows Server environments
- Define, monitor, and report security metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with technical teams to enhance and streamline processes
- Support identity lifecycle activities (provisioning, governance, access review)
- Proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Programming experience in Python (mandatory) and/or Ruby
- Administration of Linux and MS Windows Server environments
- Strong skills in SQL and MySQL
- Experience in modelling and analyzing metrics and KPIs (Tableau or equivalent)
- Experience with identity lifecycle tools and governance practices
- Valued technical skills: Elasticstack (ELK)
- High degree of autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Strong organization and priority‑management capabilities
- Clear communication with both technical and non‑technical teams
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office);
- Location: Picoas, Lisboa.
