Right now, systems are the bottleneck. As they usually are as a growing company.

Your job is to eliminate that bottleneck permanently.

About The Founder

My name is Cayleb Pletos, I have been in this space for about 5 years now. Quickly been able to grow Taurify to one of the in house names for our industry.

What You'll Own

You are the owner of systems at Taurify.

Not “helping with systems.”

Not “supporting tech.”

You own it.

• Build the Core Infrastructure
• Architect systems across:
• Lead flow (ads → CRM → booking → follow-up)
• Client onboarding
• Reporting & tracking
• Internal operations
• Connect the full stack so data flows seamlessly
• Fix Problems Before Anyone Notices
• You are the first line of defense for:
• Broken integrations
• Tracking issues
• Automation failures
• You don’t wait for problems — you hunt them down
• You QA accounts and systems regularly
• You make sure the systems for our clients run smoothly
• Eliminate Inefficiency Across the Company
• Sit with:
• Sales
• Account managers
• Media buyers
• Identify:
• Bottlenecks
• Repetitive tasks
• Waste
• Replace them with automation and better systems
• Build the AI Layer of Taurify
• Identify where AI can:
• Replace manual work
• Improve speed
• Increase output
• Build:
• AI automations
• Internal tools
• Smarter workflows
  

What a Day Looks Like

• Reviewing any client or internal system issues and fixing them fast
• Deep work building automations and integrations
• Debugging tracking or CRM issues
• Talking with team members to improve workflows
• Testing new tools or AI capabilities
• Shipping improvements constantly
• Making sure everything gets to where it needs to go for our clients

You’re Probably The Person Who

• Learns new software faster than anyone around you
• Can read docs, test things, and figure it out

Compensation

• Starts at $13-16 USD Per Hour
