Role: IAM Consultant - OKTA/Ping Identity/ForgeRock

Location: UAE/Onsite

Fulltime Role


Role Purpose

Support the implementation, integration, and operational management of the Bank's Access Management platform, delivering secure, scalable authentication and authorization services while ensuring operational readiness and platform stability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and integrate Access Management solutions across applications and infrastructure.
  • Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Federation.
  • Support application onboarding and access integration.
  • Develop operational procedures, runbooks, and support documentation.
  • Monitor platform performance and support incident, problem, and change management.
  • Work with infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure secure access services.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Access Management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience with enterprise Access Management platforms such as Ping Identity, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk Identity, or IBM Security Verify.
