• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.
• Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with integration of identity management systems with various applications and platforms.
• Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
