Senior Product Owner

Optomi, in partnership with a leader in entertainment technology, is looking for a Sr Product Owner to join their Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management (IAM) group.

Locations: Seattle, Burbank, Orlando

Position Summary: The Sr Product Owner will play a crucial role in managing the companies IAM ecosystem, ensuring advanced capabilities and services that protect the workforce, data, and brands. The role involves writing and prioritizing stories, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and managing high-level release and hypercare management. The candidate will coordinate with engineering, product, security, and operations teams to ensure delivery alignment with IAM strategic priorities.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

• 3–5+ years in Product Owner or Agile delivery roles
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira

What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Ensure consistency and effectiveness of Scrum practices across IAM delivery teams
• Track team capacity, velocity, and sprint progress to ensure predictable delivery outcomes
• Manage dependencies across IAM domains and escalate risks and issues to stakeholders
• Provide transparent delivery reporting, including sprint progress, risks, and outcomes
