To support our team in our Headquarter "Aurubis Dock" in the HafenCity Hamburg or Sofia, we are looking for you to take holistic responsibility for our SAP authorization landscape and to actively drive the further development of modern identity governance solutions.

SAP Identity & Access Management Administrator (m/f/d)

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience in SAP authorization administration and in-depth knowledge of role and authorization concepts.
• You bring solid expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, as well as compliance and SoD checks.
• You have experience with SAP BTP, cloud environments, or identity and access management solutions.
• You work in a structured, independent manner and maintain an overview even in complex environments.
• You communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, from business departments to IT security.
• You have very good German and good English language skills.

Your Tasks

• You take end-to-end ownership of our SAP role concept and continuously develop it further.
• You design, maintain, and optimize roles and authorizations across the entire system landscape.
• You assume a central role for authorization topics in the SAP Business Technology Platform and related cloud services, ranging from HANA user management at the database level to technical single sign-on and operating system users.
• You work operationally with SAP GRC Access Control, including Firefighter and SoD checks, ensuring compliance and audit-proof processes.
• You actively drive the further development of our identity governance and the introduction of modern IGA solutions.
• You shape user provisioning, lifecycle processes, and license management across SNOW or comparable tools in an efficient and future-proof way.
