- Excellent new opportunity to lead optimisation, performance and service ownership of Microsoft 365 services
- Work with a supportive, collaborative team of IT specialists managing ACU's workplace technology operations

- Ability to lead demand intake and prioritisation shaping service improvements and enhancement outcomes.
- Experience in overseeing performance, optimisation and delivery of Microsoft 365 services and capabilities.
- Knowledge of governance, security and operational controls to ensure compliant and well-managed environments.
- Skills in coordinating stakeholders, technical teams and partners to deliver meaningful, value driven improvements.
- Capability to manage risks and drive continuous improvement across Workplace Technology services.

What We Offer

- Total remuneration valued to $138,111 - $154,409 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
