About The Role

Operating within Workplace Technology, the Product Lead (Microsoft) leads the ongoing optimisation, performance and service ownership of Microsoft 365 collaboration services, and related workplace technologies, driving the service improvement and consistent, high quality outcomes. Acting as a key point of contact for service optimisation demand this position will ensure services are reliable, secure, user centred and responsive to ACU' needs. The Product Lead (Microsoft) provides specialist service leadership to shape demand, coordinate improvements and translate stakeholder needs into practical, value focused service outcomes through effective collaboration with technical teams, university stakeholders and external service partners. The Product Lead will have:

• Ability to lead demand intake and prioritisation shaping service improvements and enhancement outcomes.
• Experience in overseeing performance, optimisation and delivery of Microsoft 365 services and capabilities.
• Knowledge of governance, security and operational controls to ensure compliant and well-managed environments.
• Skills in coordinating stakeholders, technical teams and partners to deliver meaningful, value driven improvements.
• Capability to manage risks and drive continuous improvement across Workplace Technology services.

• Total remuneration valued to $138,111 - $154,409 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
