Full Stack Engineer
Indexed description
Role Overview: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will build core systems across our entire stack, including backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and frontends. You will join a small, highly collaborative team where your work is immediately visible, and your technical input directly shapes the direction of the product. This is an early-stage role designed for an engineer who thrives on real ownership and enjoys shipping end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain robust backend services that ingest real-time blockchain data streams, process them through detection pipelines, and expose results via clean APIs.
- Frontend Engineering: Develop intuitive user interfaces, including dashboards, alert interfaces, and monitoring tools that surface real-time security insights to end users.
- API Design & Integration: Design and implement high-performance API endpoints consumed by B2B partners, such as wallets and blockchain ecosystems.
- Pipeline Engineering: Work across the core detection pipeline, spanning from rule-based checks to ML-powered anomaly scoring and agentic investigation workflows.
- Infrastructure & DevOps: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, observability, monitoring, and the foundational operational work required to keep production systems running smoothly.
- Architecture & Strategy: Actively participate in architecture and design discussions to help steer our technical roadmap.
- Technical Expertise: Solid full-stack experience (backend-heavy is perfectly fine, but you must be able to ship end-to-end) with proven experience building and consuming APIs used by external developers or third-party businesses.
- Systems & Cloud Knowledge: Comfort handling real-time data (event-driven systems, streaming infrastructure, message queues) and cloud-native environments (AWS preferred) with a deep understanding of how to operate services in production.
- Security & Observability Focus: A security-aware approach to development (authentication, access control, data integrity) combined with experience using monitoring and observability tools to debug production systems under pressure.
- Web3 Familiarity: Familiarity with Web3 infrastructure (on-chain data, RPC nodes, blockchain events) is a significant advantage, but not strictly required.
- Startup Mindset: Experience working in a fast-moving, small-team environment where you don't wait for a complete specification, you ask questions, understand the core problem, and execute.
- Communication Skills: Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with the team and communicate with technical partners.
- We value what you can build over years at a desk. If you have 3+ years of experience but have shipped real systems under pressure, that matters more to us than a long resume from a comfortable environment.
- You won't just be maintaining someone else's legacy code. You will be directly architecting the security infrastructure that protects the Web3 ecosystem.
- We are a remote-first culture. While we are looking for candidates based in Greece (with Athens preferred for occasional co-working), you will enjoy a highly autonomous working environment.
- We offer a competitive salary package, which includes equity and additional forms of compensation on top of your base salary.
