Senior IAM Engineer

A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to support the implementation and optimisation of enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory, supporting modern identity services across a complex global environment.

Location: Paris 2 Days a Week On-site 3 Days From Home

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, and support ForgeRock IAM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity services.
• Deliver SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and access governance capabilities.
• Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and LDAP.
• Support identity provisioning, authentication, and directory services.
• Troubleshoot IAM platforms and provide technical support across production environments.
• Work closely with architects, infrastructure teams, and application owners to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.

Experience Required

• Proven experience implementing and supporting ForgeRock IAM solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Experience delivering SSO, MFA, identity federation, and identity lifecycle management solutions.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorisation protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and LDAP.
• Experience working within hybrid identity environments and integrating enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across IAM technologies.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
