We are currently partnered with a leading global organisation to recruit a Cloud IAM Engineering Manager to join their Cloud Engineering Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing cloud security function and play a key role in shaping identity and access management across a complex multi-cloud environment.

Working across AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Entra ID, you will lead the design and implementation of cloud access controls, governance frameworks, and privileged access management capabilities. This role combines Cloud Engineering, Cloud Security, and IAM expertise, offering the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide security strategy while leading technical teams and driving critical IAM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement cloud IAM strategy and governance.
• Design and enhance access control models including RBAC, ABAC, and least-privilege principles.
• Lead IAM projects across AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Manage cloud access governance, permissions, and privileged access controls.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to strengthen cloud security posture.
• Support identity federation and SSO initiatives.
• Develop and maintain IAM infrastructure using Terraform.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party partners to deliver IAM workstreams.

Essential Skill Set

• Strong experience within Cloud IAM, Cloud Security, or Cloud Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Knowledge of cloud access governance, permissions management, and security controls.
• Experience managing privileged access within cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices.
• Previous experience leading technical teams or projects.
