Job Responsibilities :
The Cloud Services Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and operating a shared, enterprise-grade cloud platform that enables secure, multi-tenant access to AI products for enterprise customers.
This role focuses on identity, authentication, authorization, tenant management, and user access enablement, ensuring that enterprise customers can securely access multiple AI products via a centralized platform. The engineer works in alignment with Platform Engineering (runtime and deployment), SRE (reliability), and Security/Compliance teams.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Build and operate a centralized identity system supporting enterprise users and tenants, with SSO, MFA, federated identity, and single tenant isolation.
- Manage roles, permissions, and access policies for multi-tenant enterprise environments.
- Enable secure user onboarding, provisioning, and lifecycle management for enterprise accounts.
- Provide APIs and SDKs to enable AI product teams to integrate seamlessly with the identity platform.
- Support enterprise workflows for subscription, plan-based access, and product entitlements.
- Ensure enterprise-grade SLAs for identity, access, and tenant isolation, while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Define SLIs/SLOs for identity and tenant management services in collaboration with SRE.
- Implement observability and alerting for authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant operations.
- Automate provisioning of tenants, roles, and enterprise access policies.
- Enable self-service onboarding for enterprise AI products and customers.
- Support incident management for enterprise platform access issues.
- 4+ years in cloud engineering, identity engineering, or multi-tenant platform services.
- Strong knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT.
- Hands-on experience with multi-tenant architecture and access patterns.
- Strong understanding of system design, networking, web technologies, and distributed high-traffic systems.
- Strong knowledge in Web Technologies such as HTTP, REST, SSL, Load Balancers, Web Proxies (NGINX)
- Basic knowledge in AWS, CI/CD (Jenkins, Argo), IaC (Terraform), Container Orchestration (AWS ECS or K8s), Version Control (Git), Database (mySQL, noSQL)
- Proficiency in building and maintaining pipelines for Node.js, Go, Python, or similar languages.
- Strong experience with modern CI/CD systems, GitOps practices, and tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Argo Workflows).
- Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with AI or data platform integrations.
- Experience with compliance and governance frameworks.
- Deep hands-on technical expertise and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, technically challenging environment with rapidly changing requirements.
- Has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline from an accredited institution
- Role based in Singapore office and may require up to 1 travel trip per year.
