Fast-paced HFT firm specializing in crypto market making and systematic digital-asset strategies, with complementary exposure to traditional markets. Low-latency infrastructure, rigorous risk controls, and a collaborative quantitative environment.

We’re hiring a hands‑on Portfolio Manager to run live crypto portfolios (spot, perpetuals, options, futures) across CEX & DEX exchanges, while leveraging traditional markets experience (equities, options, FX). You will own P&L, execution, intraday position management, and iterative strategy improvement across digital and tradfi venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute live crypto trading portfolios; manage P&L and position sizing.
• Trade across spot, futures, perpetuals, and crypto options; implement hedges in traditional markets when appropriate.
• Adjust strategy parameters and execution in real time; perform intraday risk management and hedging.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to deploy model improvements and low‑latency fixes.
• Monitor performance, run attribution, and iterate on strategy logic.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years trading experience with hands‑on PM responsibilities; strong background in traditional markets (options, equities, FX) and demonstrable P&L ownership.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets (spots, derivatives, perpetual funding mechanics).
• Comfortable making live execution and sizing decisions; strong risk management discipline.
• Familiarity with trading systems, order management, and low‑latency execution.
• Strong quantitative instincts and clear communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience at a crypto-focused HFT, market maker, or prop shop.
• Coding skills (Python, C++, Rust) for rapid strategy iteration.
• Knowledge of on-chain liquidity, decentralized exchanges, and custody considerations.

Compensation: Base + PnL + Guarantee
