Full Stack Custom Application Developer (AI Native)

Insight Global is seeking a Full Stack Developer (AI-Enabled Applications) for a client focused on building modern, intelligent digital solutions. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web and cloud-based applications with embedded AI capabilities. You will work across the full technology stack while integrating features such as chatbots, automation, and predictive analytics into production systems.

This is a hands-on engineering role suited for developers who enjoy building end-to-end applications and are excited about applying AI in real-world business environments rather than purely experimental settings.

Day-to-Day:

-Design and develop full-stack applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET)

-Build and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices

-Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms

-Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability

-Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native deployments

-Build and integrate AI-powered features such as chatbots, recommendation systems, and automation tools

-Work with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG pipelines to enhance application capabilities

-Evaluate AI model performance, accuracy, and reliability in production environments

-Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

-Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices

Must-Haves:

-2–4+ years of experience in full-stack software development

-Proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or Go)

-Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar)

-Hands-on experience building and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs

-Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker)

-Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), schema design, and query optimization

-Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and working with version control (Git)

-Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML features (LLMs, NLP, or cloud AI services) into applications

-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Plusses:

-Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)

-Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel

-Experience with microservices or event-driven architecture (Kafka, SNS/SQS, EventHub)

-Knowledge of secure coding practices and API security (OWASP)

-Experience with MLOps or model lifecycle management

-Mobile development experience (React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin)

-Exposure to building AI-enabled features in production environments

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000
