About Us
We're on a mission to help design better cities. With 90% of future population growth expected in cities and construction responsible for 40% of global CO₂ emissions, the AEC industry must evolve. We're building a new generation of cloud-based software that helps architects, urban planners, and real estate developers design sites and buildings in a new way. Our Forma Design applications focus on outcome-based design, helping users weigh living quality (sun, daylight potential, noise, etc.), environmental impact (embodied and operational carbon), and profitability so they can find smarter, more sustainable solutions for their projects.
How We Work
We're a fundamentally agile organization, built on empowered teams that have the freedom to innovate at speed while staying aligned. We believe in servant leadership and team accountability, so teams are trusted to find the best way to develop their solutions, with a bottom-up approach to decision-making. Engineers, product managers, and designers work side by side, collaborating across functions and time zones. We're an agentic-first organization, so working alongside AI tooling is part of how every team operates.
